Our website store is open 24 hours and shopping is simple and easy. We uses eNETS (supported by major banks of Singapore; DBS, UOB, OCBC, CitiBank) for our payment gateway. It is a SSL secured and encrypted site. All credit card details are kept confidential (Note that we do not have any access or keep credit card details at our site.).
Once we receive your successful order, we will pack and deliver your order by airmail through www.SingPost.com . Please allow 2 to 3 days (in singapore) , 5 to 7 days (international) for orders to reach you.
If you did not receive our email or call on the same day, it could be due to the heavy traffic of orders coming in. Here, we apologise if any inconveniences should arise.
Order by phone / Email (for Singapore order and address only)
You may call our sales colleague Sally at the above contact number or simply email us your order (indicate product name, your name, address, contact number) to sales@beautynationpl.com. We will confirm your order by phone again before dispatched.
Order made by phone is usually delivered within the same day or next, subject to available time slot. Please note that we only accept cash payment upon orders received.
